Captain Crêpes brings authentic French crêpes to the heart of Cherry Creek Shopping Center — made fresh to order, thin, golden, and folded just right. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, every crêpe is crafted with care and served fast, perfect for a quick stop between shops.
Behind the pan is Maxime Rouxel, born in Dinan, France. After 25 years as an insurance broker, he followed his true passion and earned his Maître Crêpier degree at EMC2 in Rennes. In 2022, he moved to Denver and opened Captain Crêpes — named in honor of his father, a French fisherman.
